My husband and I got married at Wooden Sticks on May 31, 2019 and we cannot say enough great things!!! We had the best day we could have imagined. Cathy, the venue coordinator was amazing..she was flexible with last minute details..and my questions throughout the whole process, so pleasant to work with…She really knows her stuff and to be honest, she played a huge part ..if not the largest part in making our day such a success…there were no issues and I owe it to her! The food was incredible! I’m still hearing from our guests about how good the food was …the grounds at Wooden Sticks are the absolute perfect backdrop for pictures, there’s an indoor OR outdoor space for the ceremony …both which are beautiful, there’s cabins on site which is where my bridal party and family got ready and also stayed for the night of the wedding and night before, all the staff there are super helpful and friendly, there’s just no negatives I can say about this venue! So happy we booked with them and we will recommend it to any couple!

I wanted to thank you and the staff at Wooden Sticks as it was a wonderful experience and wedding, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Everyone is still talking about the lovely venue and the delicious dinner food. No one was hungry when they left. Guests loved the view from the cocktail area and enjoyed the wonderful selection of appetizers. Everything was just stunning. I get so many compliments about the wedding, and a few people I heard are passing the great experience they had with upcoming bride’s they know. Again thank you so much for everything.

Cathy, Terry and I can’t thank you enough for a fabulous wedding event on July 5th. Absolutely everything was perfect. From the excellent and abundant appetizers, to the fabulous dinner, great desserts, and late night buffet. And the facilities were perfect, from the grass, to the reception room, to the dinner area, it was all perfect. And everyone that works for Wooden Sticks was accommodating, professional and catered to our every needs. And you Cathy, are amazing! We can’t thank you enough for doing all you did to make our daughter’s wedding so special for all of us. The food was fantastic, the servers were great and Jason did an amazing job of making sure everything went smoothly. We received lots of compliments about the wonderful venue and amazing food. We just LOVED the new pavillion and our guest really enjoyed lounging on the patio furniture before dinner. The reception hour was wonderful. The hors d’ouevres and canapes were very taste and plentiful according to our guest. I was too busy visiting to enjoy them all but I noticed that the servers were walking around offering canapes the whole time. The main meal was delicious and the wine went very well with the beef tenderloin. I had many people tell me they thought the blueberry cheesecake was the best they had ever eaten. We were very lucky that the rain didn’t dampen our day too. The ceremony site was very intimate and having Scott Benson and Susan from Northern Latitude play their guitar and flute made it all that more magical. Marianne had the theme song from Princess Bride and Scott created an arrangement that brought tears to our eyes.

This comes some time after our daughter, Elizabeth and her fiancé, Colin, wedding has taken place. I write this email to you to say what a wonderful day their wedding was. The ceremony went smoothly as well as the cocktail hour, dinner and reception. The food was very tasty. I had many guests make compliment on the all foods served and your chef and kitchen staff are to be commended on this. My main reason for writing this email is to let you know how the staff working the evening during the reception were friendly, polite and efficient. I didn’t get all their names, however, Robin – lead, and Rebecca went over and above to meet all our requests and did so without any hesitation. Your staff surely set the tone for Wooden Sticks and I do hope they are recognized for all their efforts. Please pass along our comments to your staff for us. Thank you.

We’re finally just catching our breath now from the wedding and our mini moon to Vegas so I wanted to take this opportunity to send you a quick note. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our wedding day amazing! You, Jason and the rest of the staff at Wooden Sticks did an amazing job. The food and service was impeccable and many of our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. I was so happy to see that the pavilion was ready in time and know that you had people working around the clock to make it happen.
