Reception / Reservations Supervisor

DEPARTMENT:   Administration

REPORTING TO:    General Manager / Controller

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Hiring , Training, supervision and scheduling of all reception Customer Service staff
  • Tee Sheet management including set up, continuous tracking for accuracy and reporting
  • Serve as Coordinator for Stay & Play and Corporate or Client Groups.
  • Ensure all incoming communications are addressed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining inventory of all Administration related materials (i.e. forms, stationary, promotional giveaways, etc.)
  • General administrative work

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, adept at problem solving
  • Articulate, with a good command of the English language. Ability to converse in other languages an asset
  • Advanced computer skills (including Word, Excel and Outlook) – comfortable working with multiple systems
  • Ability to effectively deal with customers while exercising high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, able to remain calm under pressure, flexible
  • Enthusiastic and friendly
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

 Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years experience in a customer service environment
  • Minimum 1 years experience in an administrative role
  • University/College education preferred
  • Golf knowledge is preferred

Other Requirements:

  • Position involves weekday/ weekend/ holiday work

Salary Range:

  • Remuneration based on experience
